03.30.10: Following her return to Edmonton from The Netherlands / Vancouver 2010 trip, Maria promptly hopped on the cross-Canada train with Michael Enright and The Sunday Edition crew (CBC National Radio) for a live performance / interview (complete with rattling train noise and rocking carriage motion) on the Edmonton to Jasper leg of their trip. 08.21.08: Maria Dunn's brand new CD The Peddler will be officially released to retail in Canada (and digital download worldwide) on September 16, 2008, distributed by Outside Music in Canada and available from their online store at: www.outside-music.com, by phone at 416-461-0655, and at fine record stores near you.

The Peddler showcases several Maria Dunn songs that are inspired by traditional Celtic music. To give these songs the appropriate arrangements, Maria once again involved Shannon Johnson as producer and the excellent band The McDades http://www.themcdades.com (2007 Juno Winners for their CD Bloom) as musicians and collaborators on the song arrangements.

07.01.08: Maria Dunn's 2002 Juno-nominated For A Song has been re-released in Europe on the Col-Me record label in the Netherlands, distributed by Rounder Europe http://www.continental.nl/.
